Ryan Speck
Principal | Interior Designer
Meet Ryan — the sophisticated and energetic force behind some of the most stunning residential designs you’ve ever seen! Originally from Ohio, Ryan graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture & Environmental Design. He quickly made a name for himself in the design world, working for multiple design powerhouses in Atlanta with a focus on tenant planning and corporate interiors. But Ryan’s passion for entertaining and hands-on approach to construction details eventually led him to his true calling: residential design. And let us tell you, he’s absolutely killing it! Ryan has designed multiple luxury homes, lodges, and fine dining establishments with exceptional taste and a design eye that will make you green with envy. When he’s not busy hosting friends and family, you might find him working in the yard, out on the boat, or adding to his impressive wine collection.
Steve Morris
Chief Financial Officer
Meet Steve — the compassionate and goofy superhero behind some of the most inspiring startups out there! After graduating from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO, Steve pursued a doctoral degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Missouri. And let’s just say, this guy is seriously SMART! But Steve’s true passion lies in providing outstanding hospice care, which he discovered early on in his elder care career under the mentorship of his very first CEO. In 2006, he co-founded his first company, Compassionate Hospice, which he successfully sold in 2011. Since then, he’s been providing consulting services to several other hospice programs across the country. Now, in retirement, Steve is using his considerable business expertise and funding to support strong startups and inspire us all to be our best selves. When he’s not doing that, you might find him tending to his bees, strolling through Disney World, or flying his plane coast to coast.
Brooke Allen
Principal | Interior Designer
Meet Brooke — the witty and generous interior design pro who will keep you laughing while transforming your space! With over 20 years of experience in commercial design, Brooke has worked with all of the top brokerage firms in Atlanta, managing successful projects from top to bottom. Her passion for relationship building shines through in every project she takes on, and she takes pride in making lasting connections wherever she goes. Brooke earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), and she’s always up for a challenge when it comes to transforming space. When she’s not busy designing, you might find her gardening, baking with her niece and nephew, escaping to the beach for the weekend, or mixing up a batch of margaritas for her friends.
Lauren Tenpenny Roberts
Principal | Interior Designer
Meet Lauren (aka Tenpenny) — the master planner, creative force and eternal optimist. She’s the one who always has a smile on her face and the perfect solution to any problem. Lauren hails from Michigan and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Michigan State University. With almost two decades of experience in tenant planning and workplace design, she knows how to bring a space to life. Her creativity is matched only by her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Lauren loves to pitch an idea and is a natural leader, always rallying the team to success. When she’s not painting the town red with her friends, she’s exploring new cities with her husband or sipping on a glass of fine wine.
